Redtail is by far one of the best student apartments in Columbia, SC. It is reasonably priced and updated compared to other complexes in the area. My roommate and I stay in the 2x2 floorplan and love the amount of space it offers. We each get our own bathroom and walk in closet which is my favorite part about the apartment.
I love redtail ! I’ve been staying here for a few months now and I must say the staff is amazing and my apartment has a lot of space ! And they are providing all units with new furniture! :)
I will be moving here in the fall and I’m very excited ! Staff was very nice and provided me with a great tour !
I absolutely love living at Redtail! The maintenance and office staff are so friendly and the rent is affordable even as a student with a part-time job, 10/10 would recommend.
