I just want to give kudos to Jessica C and all her staff. They answered all my questions. The staff were all friendly, honest and professional. The lobby area and amenities are great! I toured the property which is well kept and clean. The apartments are nice and roomy and allow pets. They have poop stations in the grassy area for poop disposal. I did not see any poop lying around in the grass. I even met some residents who were happy living there and had no complaints.
We have had amazing maintenance service. Anytime we need something they are quick to fix it. June 24th, 2025 we have the transition peice pulling up. I believe it was James that came and fixed it quickly and have had no issues since. August 7th, 2025 we noticed some outlets where loose and plugs falling out easily. Frank called me as instructed in my note and we scheduled a time. He replaced 2 outlets on the spot. Redstone Ranch Apartments – Neglect, Dishonesty, and a Property in Decay If I could give zero stars, I would. After paying nearly $100,000 across multiple units over several years, I’ve experienced nothing but ongoing neglect, gaslighting, and administrative failure from Redstone Ranch — especially from Jessica Cusack, the current manager, and the rest of the front office staff. I’ve never had such a great experience with Apartment maintenance. Issues are fixed efficiently & in timely manners. James comes in and fixes everything I submit work orders for same day & I never have an issue w that thing again. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s professional & swift in his work. Thank you James & Redstone for making my time here livable & enjoyable
These apartments are the worst and the people in the office don’t do anything about people parking in handicap, and people still don’t pick up their dogs shit, it been a lot of problems in this apartment and rats in the garage. They deserve zero stars because they are rude in the office and I recommend people not to come to these apartments and security that comes around.
