We have been working with Ben Bressler the last few weeks to get our business swapped over to this system. We love the new card machine. We also really liked how he explained how these card transactions and fees actually work. Something every business owner should know.

They are one of the worst merchants service providers. They have hidden charges worst customer service even if you want to close account they keep you transferred different numbers. I think that’s big scam

Very frustrating to deal with this company. First, I arranged a payment plan to pay off my POS system and they charged me for the entire thing anyway, all at once and without notice. Then, they hit me with hidden fees the first two months. And you guessed it… Customer service is a nightmare to deal with. They have given me the runaround, transferring me from one agent to another, and from one department to another. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICES!! Mike H has been very helpful and friendly. He has been super informative about all things Point of Sale. Mike is always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we need involving our mobile coffee shop.
