Absolutely rude and helpless management. I called the home office to discuss an application that they denied because my income didn’t meet FOUR times the rent which is outrageous, and when I gave the lady my name to try to very politely ask for other renting options her immediately reply was “No is no.”
Worst management EVER. If you want to feel like youre moving back home with your overly strict parents again..this is the place for you. Dumb rules, no pets allowed and time restrictions glore. Theres no parking for yourself or guest. Enjoyyyyyy
The building was built very poorly and you can hear something as simple as your neighbor sneeze. If you have upstairs neighbors, you'll hear the steps they make or hear something drop. It's just unfortunate for downstairs neighbors. Best bet is to get a top floor unit. Also, some of the parking spots for the tenants are right below your window, so be prepared for a 2:00am honk!
