After renting commercial space under a different property group, this group acquired the management services and we saw a noticeable decline. Our lease clearly stated they have 60 days after the end of the lease to return a sizable security deposit, which their employee signed off on when we moved out. It took over 100 days and then we only received half. Will be fighting for the other half, legally if necessary. AVOID leasing from this group if you can help it.

We were warned before we we became a tenant of Redstone that they would hammer you with expenses. We proceeded to lease from them because it was a tight market the location worked for us. The warning came to be true. We rented 3 units from them and was a good tenant through two lease terms. We paid our rent on time and made multiple permanent upgrades to the unit.
