Great health care!
Positively awful. I moved here a year ago and needing to find a new PCP for the first time in 15 years. If this is what’s available, it might take me 15 more to find one. They will hold your Heath care and medications hostage due to their own administrative errors.
My GP Dr Berman and I’ve gone for urgent care. I’ve also gone to their vision center. I have been here many times. Below is a review of all the services I experienced. U Healthcare, especially their direct pay insurance is very costly compared to other care centers. It is not the best or worst in terms of service but they do have some things dialed in. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On "hold" nearly 50 minutes to leave a message. I love that recording..."...you're very important to us".
