I am seriously worried about this bank. I have no clue how they are staying open and need to consider if I should be banking here. It took my 6 minutes of back and forth to get an answer to the question "Reason: Can I get checks for my HELOC account". Really, 6 minutes or what is your SSN, Date of Birth, etc...
