I have been a Redstone Federal Credit Union member for 23 years, and unfortunately, their customer service is worse now than at any point I can remember. Today, I contacted Redstone’s video banking service before 4:00 p.m. because I needed assistance completing a time-sensitive outgoing wire transfer. I remained connected and waiting until approximately 4:25 p.m., and the entire time the system showed that I was the only customer in the queue.
