I have been a member for over 50 years and will never change. The atmosphere is amazing , I feel at home when I go into my Branch on Winchester Road. They know me and always treat me with a smile and respect.
This is not any specific branch but the bank as a whole. Go find any other real credit union otherwise I’d advise going to a true local bank. This company operates as a big bank but even less personal. Their customer service is poor, their savings rates are poor, and their offered products are not great. Their app is somewhat user friendly and fees on certain loans are reasonable and that is about it.
