Lyn and Fred. two amazing people. went above and beyond for me in a crisis. thank you for everything. you helped when my own bank couldn't/wouldn't. their slogan is "we help when others wont" that's false. that's why I'm not with that bank anymore.
The teller and staff at the Redstone on South Rutherford gave me hope that there is still good reason to be with Redstone. I'm still unable to recommend Redstone at this time due to other recent experiences as a person and as a business owner. Hence, the 3 stars with much possible room for improvement as a banking brand and service provider.
