This institution has grown from a community consciousness-driven to a corporate-driven profit over customer service. It has forgotten where it came from.
Been a member for a very long time. They offer good rates, lots of different products for all kinds of financial needs, and the staff is always professional and polite, even when I have witnessed members being extremely rude to them. They really go above and beyond to make their members satisfied. I'm especially a big fan of the Brighter day savings for the higher rate and also the share certificate specials they have done this year.
