Outstanding experience at Redstone Family Medical Clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns without rushing. Unfortunately I need to change my review from the original 5 stars. Everyone was so pleasant... not so much anymore. Im not sure who they have answering the phones now but they are quite rude. Unwilling to help, put words in my mouth and argued with me. They also hang up on people... I guess thats the way to keep patients from coming back. Save your time, there is other clinics that are prompt and willing to help their patients.
Waiting time is so long sometimes more than 1 hour.
One of the best medical clinics out there. Dr. Warsi explains every problem and the process to fix it, heal it in detail, keeps a track of regular check-ups. She’s really good with kids as well. She’s never in a rush, listens to patient’s concerns with attentive care and professionalism. I really appreciate how kind and supportive she is.
