RecommendedDave Chase is one of the nicest guys and a huge proponent and advocate for the sport of mountain biking. If you have a chance to go on one of the shop's group rides, you'll ride some amazing trails and meet great people, do it.
Awesome staff. Not once did they bombard me with sales pitches, but rather they were just super stocked to get my out on the trail. I'm a beginner, and I was looking for a bike, and they did everything they could to get me set for the trails, gave me some suggestions, talked me through what I needed to know. These guys have a passion for what they do, and it's awesome because it takes the pressure off of being a newbie.
Thanks again for your help with my daughters bike yesterday! I truly appreciate the time you took to help her out. She made it back to Nederland in 3.5 hours.
As a newbie to Mtn Biking I visited a lot of stores. Every store did their best to get me to buy a new expensive bike. I just happened to drive by Redstone on the way to Estes and stopped in to check it out out. Immediately I felt comfortable. Dave is awesome. He took tons of time with me explaining everything. I felt so comfortable with him. He told me to start on a used bike. He happened to have a Turner 5 Spot that fit me perfect and a Specialized that fit my wife. I left there feeling awesome. Very friendly people they got my sons bike fixed ASAP. If you are in Lyons riding the trails you def want to visit this shop. By the way they also have really cool T shirts�
Fixed up my bike on the spot and got me on the trail again for an awesome ride. I had my bike at 2 other stores and they both misdiagnosed my issue. Redstone knew exactly what it was and even showed me what it was and fixed it right there. Awesome service and knowledgable too.
