I can't say enough wonderful things about the doctors and staff at Redstone. They took amazing care of our 14 yr old labrador retriever when he was near the end of his life and showed the utmost compassion when he passed away, sending us several handwritten notes signed by all of the staff on what a great dog he was. We had a wonderful first experience at Redstone! Everyone we encountered was friendly and compassionate with my dog who gets very fearful at the vet. My dog was examined thoroughly and vaccines were administered in a gentle manner. Dr. Downie took the time to patiently answer all of my questions in detail. I was most impressed with how Dr. Downie tailored her approach to make the visit a positive experience for my nervous dog. Overall the service we received far exceeded my expectations!
From start to finish, everyone at Redstone Animal Hospital was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Kidd performed a very thorough exam and treated my senior dog with such compassion. She took the time to explain multiple treatment options and walked me through different “what if” scenarios, which I truly appreciated. Huge shout out to Rae in customer service! She was so friendly and helpful when I called. We have been seeing Dr. Downie at Redstone Animal Hospital for 25+ years and LOVE her.
If you like SPAM, they are the place for you. I have not been to them in years, but still get emails from them EVERY YEAR even though I have unsubscribed every time! They clearly do not care about you and sell your information to 3rd parties.
