The crew at this office are phenomenal. There’s next to no anxiety for us anymore when it comes to vet appointments. They do everything in their power to make my GSD comfortable and they give us all the info we could need to go home reassured. I have moved a little bit further away from Redstone but I refuse to change offices for her regular visits. They are amazing!
I can't say enough wonderful things about the doctors and staff at Redstone. They took amazing care of our 14 yr old labrador retriever when he was near the end of his life and showed the utmost compassion when he passed away, sending us several handwritten notes signed by all of the staff on what a great dog he was. We had a wonderful first experience at Redstone! Everyone we encountered was friendly and compassionate with my dog who gets very fearful at the vet. My dog was examined thoroughly and vaccines were administered in a gentle manner. Dr. Downie took the time to patiently answer all of my questions in detail. I was most impressed with how Dr. Downie tailored her approach to make the visit a positive experience for my nervous dog. Overall the service we received far exceeded my expectations!
From start to finish, everyone at Redstone Animal Hospital was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Kidd performed a very thorough exam and treated my senior dog with such compassion. She took the time to explain multiple treatment options and walked me through different “what if” scenarios, which I truly appreciated.
