SEE UPDATE BELOW Frequent customers to the location. A disappointing experience 2.7.26. Typical busy Saturday. Salad & soup a little slow, but not an issue. We had our wine.. Within 5 minutes of receiving 1st course, the entrees arrive ! Our waitress and a manager were right on it. Sent back to kitchen. Had an extensive wait to receive new entrees . Over 20 minutes. Annalise was the most fabulous waitress. She was delightful, friendly and very quick. Love her. Aaron greeted us and it was clear he was there to make customers happy. His joy as he walked around the restaurant was evident. Food was amazing
I have been here a few times, the last two times were not good regarding the food I ordered. The second to the last time I ordered the Redstone burger the bacon on it was so hard I thought I was going to chip a tooth. I did not mention this to the manager, I did not think it would make any difference. The most recent time I was here I ordered the breaded chicken sandwich for $19.00 ( this sandwich looked like something I could have bought at the Sunoco gas station for $5) this again was very bland and bad.
