I reached out to the company earlier about their employee parking illegally constantly in my parking lot, and I was going to wait for them to respond. I was having trouble with my AC unit and had a service call with David and Braden. These technicians did a phenomenal job! David quickly assessed the problem and went the extra mile to ensure all parts of the system was working properly. The service was fast and efficient, took about 35-40 minutes in total. I am so grateful to have functioning AC tonight. I will definitely use this company in the future and highly recommend their services.
Complete unprofessionalism of not answering calls, returning messages, or showing up to appointments aside...within 2 weeks of purchasing my new construction home in May of 2023, the unit was improperly installed leading to flooding of my upstairs after 2 weeks as the overflow sensor wasn't even hooked up.
