Neen doing business with this shop for more than 20 years.The folks at Red's are the only shop I will let touch my vehicles. They are extremely professional & have saved me money and sanity! Best in the business!!

So many negative reviews. Im not surprised. They are rude and on some kind of power trip. They also think the anamosa pd is its own private security. Absolutely pathetic. They refused to release my uncle in laws property to me with him on the video call right in front of them. These people are violating the constitution in my opinion by siezing property they do not own. The most shamefull experience I have ever had with a buisiness.

I have worked with Dawn and Wes for years. They are 100% up front in every business practice. I have used them for towing and repair. Never have we had any issues. I would recommend them to anyone. They are fair, honest and 100% reliable. Great people to work with.

The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional telling us if we wanted to comeback later with a better attitude we can simply because we were told yesterday we could come get personal belongings out of a car which included a work badge and work keys then she was telling us no and how we couldn’t even get our belongings from the car !! very upsetting how there was such a lack of decency and compassion to the customers!!!!
