Food was really good, service kinda sucked. It took 35-40 minutes to get it our order (italian beef sandwich, pizza burger and a chili cheese dog with fries). Pretty sure it sat under the heat lamp station for 15-20 minutes before the server/cashier/bartender girl brought it out to us, as well, because we could see it sitting there from where we were sitting. The food and service are excellent. My family decided to grab dinner from here after visiting a nearby farm for fall fest activities. We ordered a few burgers, a couple chili cheese dogs and some sides(onion rings, cheese curbs and mozzarella sticks.) the food was top notch, beats Portillo’s every day of the week.
