UPDATE: Red's Savoy responded with an explanation and an offer for a free pizza. They also reminded me I had $10 on my account that I could put towards a new order of wings as well. Ordered again the other day and paid nearly nothing, with the exception of the tip. Delicious as always and thanks for the great customer service! Ordered a large pizza last weekend in order to utilize my free wings offer. Pizza is a little spendy ($28.50 for Savoy's Special) but figured it was worth it for the awesome free wings that would go along with good pizza. Gave a $10 tip. Five days later I saw a $47.54 charge on my bank transactions. Called to see if they processed it correctly and was then told about a $5 delivery fee, a $1.90 credit card fee and then tax.
