These people are so fantastic. They say what they are going to do. And when they tell you when your camper will be done. It is done! I am very impressed
We had an issue with our 21' cubic refrigerator doors not sealing after the 1,200-mile road trip from Missouri to Pharr, TX in our 2022 Jayco Eagle 317RLOK 5th wheel. We called Red's RV service, and they came out that afternoon. Before they got here, I accidently bent one of my gray tank push/pull values! Luckily, they had the rod/cable assembly and repaired that also. Overall, both techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again if I needed repairs done on our RV.
