Red was an absolute Godsend when I was stuck during snowmageddon in Virginia. He's a man of his word. The lugs came off my front driver tire leaving me stranded during snowmageddon. 2:30 in the morning not a soul around and here comes Red... Absolute Godsend! He said his power was out at his house. While traveling from the east side of Virginia to Ohio this morning (Thanksgiving day when everything is closed), my daughter’s truck started having issues and she was too far from home to just turn around. Not realizing Red’s is a tractor trailer mechanic and not necessarily a auto mechanic until I spoke with Chris at Red’s, after explaining my daughter’s situation (driving with her spouse, toddler and a dog), he immediately offered to help. My truck broke down this weekend on I64 I randomly found Chris business on google and called, he showed up in less than 30min in the middle of a snowstorm He was able to help arrange for a tow service and help shopping around for parts He’s a reasonable and takes pride of his work I highly recommend him
