Scott came to an AC service call for our ancient compressor. There was no upsell to a new system, just honest, knowledgeable and fair pricing on the repair we needed. I’m looking forward to working with Scott again when we do replace our system.
People of KC! This guy is amazing! Got home and my AC was out. During the worst heat wave I've ever seen in my life. I googled the nearest service, and this showed up. I called Scott at 540, he was here by 615, and it was fixed a half hour later. Best experience I've ever had as a customer for any service. And he refused to let me tip. A+ service, A+ guy.
