I have always had a great experience at Reds but this last time was not so pleasant. I bought my daughter car in to get brakes and the guy working on it broke one of the lugs. When I was getting ready to leave I seen it laying on the ground beside the car so I questioned about it. The woman that helps them was so rude and yelling at me. Oil change done in very short time, friendly staff reasonable prices.
I love the family run business they are always friendly and fast with my oil change. Adding a little air freshener for that extra touch. Also they recently posted a sign that answered lots of confusing questions that I was starting to wonder about with my Kia and it's oil levels. I believe it will help me avoid some huge issues down the road. Thanks for all y'all do.
