Mike was professional and personable. He got to the core of the problem and was a pleasure to work with.
There is too much to write here, so I’ll keep it brief. They will try to upsell you. The work they did caused an additional problem. They sent the technician back to fix the problem who tried to tell me he would get back with me on how much it would cost to fix the problem he created. I told him he would fix it and I would not pay for a problem he created (his boss concurred). He didn’t know how to fix the problem so he FaceTimed his boss so his boss could instruct him step by step. If nothing else it was great entertainment... read more
