The technician, Steven, was ontime and worked quickly to fix my outside faucet and shutoff valve issue. He showed me the part that was replaced and explained what the issue was. He was professional and friendly.
Steve showed up on time, and was professional and friendly. He checked all the plumbing thoroughly and found several items which needed replacement. He also drained the water heater. He wore foot covers and made sure he didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend him.
