I’m not sure where to begin. I’ll start with the fact that the vehicle I own was towed unlawfully and out of a guest spot from my mother’s community I’m visiting. “As a guest” . The violation on the vehicle said warning only and the box that said tow warning was clearly not marked. In less than 24 hours it was towed. These people are rude, ignorant, and I would argue they have about as many teeth as they do brain cells. The unprofessionalism is top notch! Terrible company! Employees are thieves!
Terrible company! Their employees are thieves. Took advantage of a friend of mines daughter. Towed her car and stole everything out of it in the process! Save face red’s and give the hardworking girl back her stuff. All you have to do is own up to it and make it right!!!
unprofessional, uneducated thieves, if your car is towed from this company make sure to double check your belongings as they are know to flat out steal money, wallets, sunglasses and everything. beware!
Recommendedwe had a bad accident on I-75. our car and trailer both flipped over. This company came and towed both vehicles to their lot in Fort Myers. They covered all broken windows and any areas where moisture. could get in.We had to get up there the next day to get all our personal belongings out of both vehicles. The whole crew there was fantastic! They were very sympathetic and helped with everything. We felt they genuinely cared about us and our well being. Had a emergency repair to get done so I could get back to South Carolina. They fit me in, did the needed repairs and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
