On January 1, 2026, Red’s Mobile Auto Repair removed a part from my car and never returned with the replacement as promised. My vehicle was left disabled, and I was eventually forced to have it towed from Dollar General to my home at my own expense. I am a 51-year-old veteran, and I trusted this business to act professionally and honestly. Instead, after taking my money and removing parts from my vehicle, communication became poor and no resolution was provided. As of now, the part has still not been returned or replaced. Man , a life saver what else can I say , my starter broke down on my road trip from Florida to New York and Red got to me as soon as he could . Kept me informed on everything he was doing and explaining to me how things work and got everything done in less than two hours. Great guy and awesome mechanic would recommend him to anyone in need !
