Only HVAC company that returns calls and sometimes Laura has talked me through a simple reset and they didnt even charge me and fixed the problem…. This kind of customer service is non-existent these days!!! She helped me out quick and easy and on the phone! Easy peasy! !
Called today, the lady Laura acted as if she didn’t have time to take my call, was very rude and hung up on me! DON’T RECOMMEND! This place is a circus with a heating/cooling sign.
