Similar to another review, wanted to support a local company but they will not respond to emails, text messages and phone messages. I contacted this company a year ago and they did not respond and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and tried contacting them again for quoting joinery for our new house build but again no response. Would not recommend.
WASTE OF TIME! Wanted to support a local business, but they obviously don't appreciate that: never replied to emails, text messages or phone calls. Don't waste your time with this company!
Simon/Red was a standout from our first conversation, he arrived 2 days after calling regarding a quote, the very same evening he sent the proposed plan and quote , within 3 days I had signed the agreement, chosen the colours/style etc. True to his word he and his team arrived, dismantled the old kitchen and assembled the new. The quality of my beautiful new kitchen is perfect, it has added $$$ to the price of my home, but better still it is so functional..and appealing. His young apprentice was outstanding and so helpful. We used Reds Joinery for our kitchen and laundry renovation. As amateur renovators, Simon was able to provide great advice and ideas that we wouldn’t have thought off on our own.
