Great service and very personable. My HVAC and water heater were original to the house and nearing the end of their lifespan. Took the plunge and replaced the HVAC unit and invested in a tankless water heater. Very happy with everything. The HVAC is so quiet compared to my old system and I will need to get used to having actual hot water now!
We had a great experience with Darick, the owner of REDs HVAC in Marion, OH. He stopped at our house after an already long and hot workday, even though our problem was not urgent. He repaired and then cleaned our AC unit, getting it back to functioning normally. He is knowledgeable, professional, and reasonable priced. I highly recommend his services! Thank you, Darick.

Reds hvac and plumbing is a life saver came out on a Sunday when nobody else would. Got up to 8o degrees in our house with our third baby coming in a few days and my wife having pregnancy issues she was contemplating getting a hotel to stay cool. I called about 20 other places before I was able to finally talk to someone that genuinely cared about my situation and got it fixed quick. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you.
Derrick came out immediately was upfront about everything and the repairs needed. We had a older unit and he didnt try upsaling us at all. Was very satisfied with the overall work done. Will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend for any of your hvac and plumbing needs
