Red is amazing. We had to have the electric company cut power to our house at 11:30pm on a Sunday night. After calling every 24/7 electrician I could find I came across Red’s number after midnight. He was the only 24/7 electrician who answered my call. He was incredibly nice about me waking him up talked me through what was happening to our house and explaining exactly how he was going to take care of everything first thing in the morning. We have hired Red & his team for a handful of jobs over a few years. He's a great guy -- prompt, fair, and tries to set expectations clearly. Furthermore, his team reflects his personality in terms of the level of care they offer customers. For example, they'd just finished rewiring some smoke detectors for us and needed to test the system, but we had a baby napping.
