I just replaced the CV axle on my Honda Accord. I'm ok with the service but the labor was far more expensive than any other shop. He charged me $216 just for labor and I bought the part for $102 myself, which total cost run to $318. Morris Auto repair quoted $175 including both part and labor, King Auto quoted $221 for both part and labor. However, these shops were fully booked at least until mid-December, but I need to replace the axle as soon as possible.
