Very upset. Had a commercial window replace and the top is not completely sealed; you can stick paper in it. I called them 1 month after install. The glass rattles when a car with bass or the train 2 blocks up, goes by. Called the company 3 times to fix it. First was told it's fine. The last call was told they'd have someone stop when they were out my way. That was over 6 months ago and the window was put up almost 2 years ago.
