I am from a town about an hour north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I was down in Vinton with a family matter. Halfway on my trip down my break started grinding. I was referred to Red's Auto, on July 1st right before the holiday weekend. I explained to him what was going on and I was only down here for a couple days. Took my hand-me-down car for brakes and they did a great job, so I came back to replace some more parts. Both times I've been in and out the same day, which is great. Nathan is very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. I'll be taking my car back for more maintenance work I'm too lazy to do myself, even though Jeff got grease on my shifter knob.
