We were fans until now. I always try to buy local BUT I bought this refrigerator and after repairing it 4 times we have to digest that it was a lemon. The manager didn't care and told me all of their old records are gone.....how convenient. No one stands by their products anymore ESPECIALLY not Red's. HORRIBLE!!! customer service and their "90 day warranty" just had 3 pieces (1,100) delivered and paid the charge (90.00). Hired contractors and plumbers to install a stackable washer and dryer. Ran the machine and it was full of brown paper looking like potato skin or cigar wrappers. Smells like mildew and full of old detergent. The dryer has a scraping noise every turn and doesn't shut off when it buzzes. It just turns forever. When I called I was told I have to bring it back and have them fix it.
