What a fun morning. Stopped at both places and shopped for inspiration
Interesting place, not sure I would call it an Antique Store. Some great metal pieces. I was a bit put off as I bought cool rain gage which was marked $18 but I was charged $26.76 which included a $0.78 “surcharge” fee for using my CC (I guess). The only thing I can think of is the glass that catches the water was extra?? Great place to kill some time n.
This was a great place to look around!! Not many antiques, but a heckuva lot of stuff to look at and buy. The metal artwork is incredible!! It definitely takes some skills to make the things they sell here. It's a little off the beaten path, but the road is paved all the way to the driveway. Definitely check it out if you're going to be in Galena. There's a lot more to see than just downtown in Galena.
Very interesting items. Definitely recommended.
