Excellent customer service from Red’s Towing Service in Missoula, Montana! The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and professional. He changed my flat tire to the spare, explained how fast I should safely drive on it, and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. It’s rare to come across customer service this thoughtful, and I truly appreciate the help and kindness I was shown today. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, awesome tow truck driver as well, very friendly and worked fast. His name was Austin.
My vehicle broke down and 15 minutes after calling AAA my tow truck driver Austin showed up. My vehicle was hooked up and we were on the road in under 10 minutes. He was professional, friendly and had awesome customer service. If I ever need another tow I'm calling Red's Towing!
