After going to a bank and a credit union my wife and I, per a friend's suggestion, called Red Rock. For the first time we felt like someone actually wanted our business. We are middle class with a middle class size mortgage. Not a multi million dollar house but they treated my family like we were. The other two places made us feel second rate, not sure maybe our modest home would not make them enough money. If you want great service please see these guys and gals.

Every time I've worked with RedRock mortgage I've come away happy. They treat me in the most professional manner, promptly answer any of my questions, and are a pleasure to work with. They make the mortgage process as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I have to many of my friends!

We went with RedRock Mortgage for a home + renovation loan (a HUD program) because our credit union and many other banks do not do these types of loans. Julie Calder is the only person that specializes in these loans with Red Rock Mortgage. We should have sought legal counsel from day one. Julie proved to be unorganized, did not promptly or accurately respond to emails or questions, and did not share all documents with us that we had signed.
