When I customer says to call and make an appointment before you arrive at their house for an estimate, do it! Also - give some customer service training to "Brendan." I called for an estimate to fix a damaged white wooden picket fence. Brendan said they would install but not paint, and would charge $25 for the estimate. He also said he wanted to come out the following week. I said I wasn't sure I would use this company because of the painting issue, so CALL before coming for the estimate.
