I purchased a home in pemberton with a HVAC system that was installed by redpoint. I called them to have it serviced as it had”redpoint mechanical with a install date” written in sharpie on the side of my blower unit. I didn’t even get a tech or return phone call. Extremely disappointing. I shows how they little they care for customer service. I’ll never use them or recommend them in the future. It’s too bad as I’d love to support local. Though the quality of work performed by Redpoint is adequate their service and response times can be found lacking. With more than one call coming in to them from my strata complaining about a lack of hot water including from a commercial kitchen after they had performed some maintenance work in the building.
