Tim Horvath, of Redpoint, my partner in renewing a nineteenth-century rural property for modern living, shared an appreciation of how attention to the smallest details breathes beauty and life into the completed whole and he had the craftsmen to execute our vision of historical restoration. A work still in progress, it has been a marvelous ongoing experience.

Nine years ago Redpoint Design Build took our vision and ideas for a ‘new house that looks old’ and turned them into reality. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail created such a period-authentic home that when people see it they think it’s been here for over 100 years when in fact it’s new!
