I really liked the place — it’s very welcoming and clean. We tried the infrared sauna, and I loved that all the rooms are private, so you can book just for yourself or with your partner. After the sauna, we tried the float, which was such a unique experience. The only downside for me was the smell inside the float chambers (maybe I’m just being picky), and I also wish they had kept the same music playing for the whole hour instead of changing it. Overall, it was a very relaxing experience.
I heard about the great reviews from my friend so I was interested to try this service. Booking was easy and you get texts to confirm/appt reminders. When I arrived, they gave me a tour of the spa and went over the procedure. It was very thorough and explained very well, especially the part they repeated about slipping due to the excessive amount of salt they put (6 bags of the large kilos). Beautiful space! Staff gave me a lovely tour before my float and a thorough explanation of all the steps. Plus signs are posted. I have floated before, but never in a room style space. It was so great! Anyone who wants to try floating, but is worried about feeling claustrophobic should consider this space. Light and music controls are super easy to use. Tried a sauna and float. My experience was pretty underwhelming. We tried numerous times to call, but no one ever picked up the phone. Their excuse is that they are understaffed (literally one guy works there and is responsible for everything). Being understaffed is not an excuse for poor communication. What even is the point of having a phone number if you’re never going to pick up. The parking was also incredibly difficult to find (still haven’t found it).
