i have been living here for almost two years and the only reason i stayed this long was because my job is just a few minutes walk away. other than that this place has been nothing but problems. during a monsoon my balcony glass shattered, and it was not just mine, some of my neighbors’ glass broke too. the glass they use is extremely cheap and i even ended up with shards in my foot because of it. management changes constantly, almost every two months, so there is no consistency or accountability. the building is old and poor... read more
Don’t buy here! Biggest regret of my life living here. $100+ a month in community electricity so the staff can sit ice cold on the first floor, yet every hallway above it is at 85+ degrees. Brown water coming out of the faucets, 2+ weeks for work orders to get responded to. Good luck communicating with the team responsible for the property, they are only here 3 days a week. EDIT: do not trust the multiple new 5 star reviews. the company has paid tenants and created fake profiles to leave 5 star reviews in the past!!!! they are only talking about the views - which aren't that great because many units have a direct view of the trash and spot where dogs poop. DO NOT RENT HERE!! I had only lived in the apartments for a day until I started to have problems.
