I stopped by because my lectric model 2.0 felt heavy!!! I thought ebikes were heavy. And I tried my husbands lectric model 2.0 in blue, and i was flying, clearly something was wrong with my bike. Came to Redondo Ebikes and they fixed it in minutes. And the gentleman told me the issue. Everything we transport their is a wire for the brake and it was unhooked. Honest lovely company. Will definitely come back for future needs.
I visited the store to test ride some e-bikes and first met Art and Ronnie. They were both super helpful and explained all about the bikes before I test ride them. This was first my time on an e-bike and it was really fun.
