I have been a patient of this practice for approximately 25 years and have always been pleased with the service I have received by the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. I have never had a problem with the staff being anything but gracious. I have rarely had a problem booking an appointment in a timely manner.

Hands down the worst doctors practice. It has a lot to do with the extremely rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk. Calling and in person, they are just the worst. Barking and spitting at the customer. Why should anybody fear going to the doctor? I would rather stay sick. To add insult to injury, when you say something to the doctor, he defends the morons. And, don't try to get your records for transfer. They have every excuse in the book NOT to get you those records. You need to ask for refills weeks in advance or... read more

They are the worst doctors ever! The nurse Christina is incompetent! I went here as a new patient 4/18 and they wanted my records from my other doctor to refill my scripts. It took over a month to get my script filled after calling them almost everyday because my other doctor said they never recieved the release form from them. I have been using Rednor-Risi for over 25 years. There are pros and cons to using them. In the early days when they first started out, they were very accessible with longer hours and saturday mornings. As their practice grew, there were issues with getting ahold of them on weekends. I have had more than one battle with their answering service. In past years, I find that things have improved with better coverage off hours and the opening of several after hours walk in type clinics in the area, so there are more options. I use... read more

HORRIBLE – Everything that Aaron24 said is true and more. Rednor-Risi go beyond mere incompetence - they are willfully negligent. They don't return phone calls. They take forever to fulfill a referral and you have to keep on top of them to get it done. They don't contact you to discuss test results and will not discuss them over the phone. You have to incur an office visit - if you're lucky to get one. Getting an appointment is near impossible. Unless, of course, you are interested in cosmetic surgery. Used for 9 years – I need to find a new physician because I have relocated, but have been pleased with this office for quite a few years now. I think the 2 doctors are excellent. They are good listeners and I never felt rushed through my appointments with them. Waits in the office never seemed very long, but long enough that it was worthwhile to bring some reading material. WORST OFFICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! first, I was getting married and one of the doctors told me i was stupid for getting married and i should wait, i was so upset i ended up crying, secound, i was on vacation and got a UTI and called to get an antibiotic prescribed, no one ever called me back and i ended up in the ER because it got so bad.
