I contacted customer service by phone on March 2, 2026 at approximately 2:40 PM EST. During the call, the representative was rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly mimicked what I was saying in a mocking, stuttering manner, as if making fun of what I was saying. Her tone was disrespectful and offensive.
