Today, went though check out and found 5 over charges/wrong price items. No big deal, I thought. Went to "customer service". waited a few minutes. Cashier at the express line was attempting to get the managers attention. The manager smiled and nodded and continued their conversation. A few more minutes waiting. The staff make you feel unwanted and that your bothering them. Getting worse by the day. Try going to customer service… Back to Food lion, takes longer because fewer staff but at least they are friendly and helpful.

Store employees at this Redner’s are not wearing thier masks properly! If you don’t have your mouth and your nose covered then you are exposing your customers and co workers to covid if you are positive! Redner’s already had one positive employee at your Rt 8 store! If you want to help stop the spread of covid then EVERYONE has to wear the masks properly!!! Protect your customers! I did not see one cashier using disinfectant wipes or even having wipes available at the entrance of the store!
RecommendedWanting to know your mask policy because there was a older that has to mask on when he walked in. He kind of creeped me out.
Horrible customer service. Jim and Patricia and Shayla we're all very disrespectful. I highly recommend they all get re trained or fire them.
