They made a mistake on shipping which delayed delivery, it was almost 8 weeks before it arrived due to the package going back to them. After it arrived they made a new label on a Saturday then mailed it out 4 days later, no sense of urgency at all they had the option to overnight it or even 2 day ups but no they did not care if or when it arrived they had received payment already.
