Phenomenal selection of boots and apparel. I bought a pair of boots today that I'm madly in love with! Prices are fair, quality and design are top notch, and the customer service is stellar. Super impressed;0)
Will not give refunds only store credit or exchange. Has small sign hidden behind counter saying you cannot. That you will not see when you make a purchase would not recommend to anyone, sorry way of doing business.

This is the view from the register. The sign is NOT small and is NOT hidden. It's a shame that the big box stores have taught you that you can buy anything and return it anytime.
I have bought 4 pairs of boots from redneck outpost. Carrie and the girls offer top notch customer service. They offer great prices and great variety of products. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
I had horrible service at this store over Christmas time, there should be a sign that's say they don't allow you to return if you purchase I didn't want store credit & they don't give any refund, I was out over $300, & stuck with clothes that didn't fit. I will never be shopping at this store again..

Upon further review we do not have you in our system which means someone else bought these items for you so you are not out $300. Please do not provide incorrect information. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and the USA is built on free speech but it is not nice to lie. We are very proud of our store and provide excellent customer service. We go out of our way to assist customers even ordering in items that we do not carry.

The store has a cool rustic vibe to it. They have a wide variety of boots and I'm really picky about my boots and the staff is really patient and helpful when it comes to their products in the store. I will definitely shop there again!
