spent 1 hour on the phone with their customer service Sophia and got no answers for appointments or insurance questions A waste of time
Worst experience. They are very unprofessional about questions for insurance billings and not transparent about the charges.
The nurses and hygienists are very professional and patient. Highly recommended.
