Dr. Tian is very attentive and patient. She always takes the time to explain each step clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. Highly recommended!
We have had a great experience here! My daughter was very nervous about getting braces and then a retainer and they have been very accommodating.
My teenage daughter have been seeing Dr. Tian for about a year now before signing the contract. Dr. Tian is very thorough and helpful. We had changes in insurance coverages and wanted to wait for a better coverage. The office was not pushy at all and waited. I appreciate the text message reminders and communication from Crystal. Highly recommended!!
